Loved the cozy Superior King Room, but the mattress was a bit firm for me.

The hospitality was incredible, with attentive owners ensuring we felt at home. The convenient private parking made it easy to explore nearby attractions without worry!

The occasional street noise could be disruptive, especially for light sleepers, making restful nights a bit difficult.

The off-street parking alleviates the stress of finding a spot in downtown Newport, and the gourmet breakfasts are simply outstanding, featuring varied options like quiche and stuffed French toast. The hosts provide personalized attention and are very knowledgeable about local attractions, ensuring a memorable experience.

The only downside was the mattress—it felt a bit hard for my liking. The central AC worked well, but it would have been nice to control the temperature myself.

We had an awesome stay! The breakfast was a treat every day, totally loveable, especially the quiche and pancakes. The room was perfect, with a nice balcony to chill and do some work. The only hiccup was that it got a bit noisy with other guests in the morning. Otherwise, it was a lovely experience!
